Membership and Occupational Health Services:
Large and small companies rely on Medicover to help determine their employees' needs. We develop programs which best suit their specific requirements. Currently more than 6,000 companies offer Medicover membership to their employees, valuing it as a significant employee benefit.
We understand the need to safeguard employees' health and to keep absenteeism and its costs to a minimum. The many options include:
- Employee membership in Medicover via a full range of prepaid benefit plans , all of which offer access to Medicover health centres, network providers, the Synevo/IMD laboratory system, and affiliated hospitals.
- an obligatory annual occupational health exam for each employee
- a comprehensive, on-site clinical services program tailored to company requirements. Services include the most basic prevention program incorporating vaccinations, physical examinations, preventive screenings, and information campaigns. We also can establish and maintain a permanent, fully-equipped clinic located on company grounds and available to employees at all times. (Today we operate 40 on-site clinics.)
