Responsibilities:

• Manages the financial and accounting department in the Czech Republic and Slovakia according to legal requirements and internal guidelines
• Manages the financial consolidation of all legal entities in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia in order to maximize synergies
• Conducts budgeting and controlling activities
• Responsible for reporting – to group-level chief executive as well as to the group-level board of directors
• Supervises the companies‘ contact with authorities
• Board of directors member at the country level
• Actively takes part in special projects, e.g. the financial integration of new entities in new markets as the company expands
• Deals with banks, negotiates conditions for bank loans and credit agreements
• Responsible for all tax-related issues
• Deals with auditors
• Responsible for pricing of company products and services
• Covers procurement activities of the company

Requirements:

• University degree – finance, accounting
• Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English
• In-depth knowledge of tax and accounting principles
• Experience in IFRS
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in leading a smaller team (up to 10 members)
• Experience from multinational company/group
• Communicative, reliable, punctual personality
