to know the names of physicians and staff responsible for the provided medical services;
to be given information on the established diagnosis and treatment in a form which can be clearly understood by the patient;
to be provided with all information on the treatment process and any potential risks;
- to refuse treatment and to be provided with information on alternative treatment methods;
- to be provided with information on any other costs incurred by the treatment (not covered by the health insurance Company).
