• 24 - hour on call service (phone number: 1221), a nurse and GP available;
• coordination of medical care provided by GP/internist;
• preventive check ups based on detailed anamnesis of risk factors influencing client’s health status;

• prenatal and postnatal care programs assured;
• if the client is a child – primary and preventive pediatric care assured, including mandatory vaccination;
• access to the network of Medicover clinics in the Czech Republic and abroad;
• discounts and other advantages in Sport and Health with Medicover program;
• 24-hour home and work visits by GP assured by reason of complaint, unlimited number of visits per month (the service is provided in Prague and Brno incl. surroundings up to 20 km from the city-zone boundary) - visiting service is not of nature and is not substitute of salvage and rescue service in case of serious health problems or life threatening health conditions (in that case it is necessary to call the emergency number 155)
• home visits by pediatrician assured by reason of complaint, unlimited number per month, from Monday till Friday after hours, during weekends and public holidays 24-hour (the service is provided in Prague incl. surroundings up to 20 km from the city-zone boundary) - visiting service is not of nature and is not substitute of salvage and rescue service in case of serious health problems or life threatening health conditions (in that case it is necessary to call the emergency number 155)
• annual influenza vaccination (free of charge);
• vaccination against tick – borne encephalitis (the first vaccine is free of charge);
• comprehensive dental treatment and care assured:
  on call service for dental treatment (from Friday 4.30 pm till Monday 7am);
  15% discount on provided foreign dental materials;     
  10% discount on dental prosthetics;
• free preventive annual dental cleaning  (30 minutes, valid for second visit in the current year) 
• in case of hospitalization in the event of an injury or acute illness Medicover GP will monitor the care and client will be placed in an above standard room based on its availability in the particular hospital and on his health condition;
• organization of planned hospitalization in above- standard room (based on its availability in the particular hospital and on client’s health condition).
