24hour on call service (phone number: 1221), a nurse and pediatrician available
home visits by pediatrician assured by reason of complaint, unlimited number per month, from Monday till Friday after hours, during weekends and public holidays 24-hour (the service is provided in Prague and Brno incl. surroundings up to 10 km from the city-zone boundary)
in specialized departments in child-care center and hospitals (according to age and health problems of the child)
