The medical part of our call centre (= the hot line) addresses questions concerning medical matters and ensure special consultation services. Our operators are nurses who speak Czech and English.
You can contact the hot line at 1221 in any acute case that, in your opinion, needs medical attendance or just consultation.
Physicians (GP and Paediatrician) are at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 day a week. They will ask you several basic questions in order to be able to pre-identify your health problems. He/she can suggest a solution at home or organise your visit in our health care facility and/or arrange a home visit.
Physicians are at your disposal 24 hours a day but in serious or life threatening cases, or if there is any doubt as to the seriousness of the case, you must use the appropriate emergency service by dialling 155.
