In this case, our operator will ask you the following questions:
- what is your personal data (name, number of your membership card);
- current health status (your health problems and symptoms, previously prescribed medication, etc.);
- accurate address;
- contact telephone number.
Our operator will inform you of the expected arrival of our physician.
