if you call from abroad or if there is no dial or engaged tone after calling the telephone number 1221 of our call center, it can be caused by banning the calls beginning with 1 in your employer´s telephone exchange. In this case please use the telephone number

It is possible to make an appointment through call cntre every weekday during working hours or any time use link to ordering request. During the period from 7 pm to 7 am this line is available for acute care.

We have always been trying to provide they highest comfort when arranging your visit at Medicover. In order to avoid waiting, there is a specific time slot designed for you. That is why, it is very important to be at the medical check time. Otherwise, your check might not be realized and your visit will have to be rearranged.
If you know you can not to appear to the clinic, please contact our call centre 1221 to cancel an appointment in advance. This free term will be immediately offered to the next client.
 

Our clinics are easily accessible by public transport and by car as well. Parking is provided in our clinics, however, the number of parking places is limited. Therefore, we can not guarantee a free parking space.
