Paweł Kacprzyk, President of the Management Board
At Medicover since 2011. Paweł Kacprzyk is a graduate of economy at the University of Łódz. He also completed the Advanced Management Program of the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra in Spain. His professional experience includes 6 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Manager in Management Consulting Services and in Audit Services. The following 9 years he worked at Volvo Auto Polska, first as the Development Director for East-Central Europe responsible for the business development in Romania, Bulgaria and Slovakia and then for almost 5 years as the President of the Management Board. For the last years, he worked as the Managing Director of the Non-Life Mass Consumer Division of PZU at PZU SA.

John Stubbington, Medicover Board Member
At Medicover since 2010. John Stubbington has got extensive experience in the sector of private healthcare insurance. For the last 8 years, he worked in dual roles as the Chief Operating Officer of BUPA International and Chief Executive of IHI BUPA the subsidiary business based in Denmark. Earlier, for 10 years he had worked in BUPA in the UK, where he held different managerial positions, including the Director of the Customer Service Department and managing all sales divisions. In the past, he had also managed the sales of private healthcare insurance at CIGNA and AVIVA. John Stubbington is also the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the insurance company Medicover Försäkrings, where he is responsible for the development of Medicover health insurance offer.

Piotr Soszyński MD, PhD. Medicover Board Member
At Medicover since 2005. A graduate of the Warsaw Medical University (MD), specialist in internal medicine, PhD in medicine from the Postgraduate Medical Education Centre (CMKP) in Warsaw. For several years, he worked as a physician and academic teacher at the Dept. of Endocrinology, CMKP. He has also spent several years in the leading US medical institutions, e.g. Harvard Medical School in Boston. Since 1997, Medical Director at Bayer Poland; then, Clinical Research Director of AstraZeneca Polish office for Central and Eastern Europe. Co-founder and Board Member – Vice-President (2000-2002) and President (2002-2004) – of the Association for Good Clinical Practice (GCP) in Poland.

Piotr Wojciechowski, Medicover Board Member
With Medicover from September 2011. Graduate of Cracow University of Economics and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. His professional career includes several years of work on managerial positions in financial departments of international companies. From 2003, he has worked at Shell Polska, first as Head of Finance Operations Manager, then – as Financial Director. Earlier, he had worked at Credit Suisse First Boston where he performed a double function of Financial Controller and Compliance Officer, supporting the departments of investment banking and brokerage.
