Our team includes over 2,500 persons - doctors, nurses, salespeople, administrative employees, various specialists and managers. The Client is of utmost importance to us. Our employees are constantly improving their qualifications. Promotion of knowledge and improvement of qualifications is organized within the scope of the in-service training system that includes, among others, company specific continuous training programme for medical staff, direct financial backing for external training, psychological workshops, annual National Meeting of Doctors and Nurses, courses for medical staff conducted by established authorities as well as internal training in the areas such as application of IT systems at work.
Medicover promotes talent. When filling administrative positions, we apply the internal recruitment procedure in the first place. Friendly working conditions and support given to employees at each stage of their work resulted in the nomination of Medicover for the Solid Employer 2006 title.
We have appointed our own Research Board, which provides consultative support for our doctors. In the event of diagnostically difficult cases, we organize case management conferences led by the Research Board. The Board cooperates with doctors within the scope of academic and research work (monitoring doctors wishing to obtain academic degrees) as well as preparation and publication of doctors’ academic works.
Medicover is developing dynamically and extending the range of its services. In 2009, we will launch the most modern, full-profile hospital for adults and children in Wilanów. This patient-friendly facility will also be an attractive workplace for out medical personnel.
