Medicover has stayed focussed on the service quality since the beginning of our operations in Poland. As we care for our clients’ expectations and their safety, we always make sure that our services are of the highest standards – and we meet this objective by observing the global trends in healthcare standards and organisation management standards. In consequence, in 1999 Medicover management team decided to implement the Quality Management System which is currently spread throughout the whole organisation.
As a proof of our high standards, our company was awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certificate – it has been reconfirmed and is still valid today. Annual audits, run by Kema Quality Polska, an international certification authority, regularly confirm that our system functions properly, and is appropriately developed. It is a proof that Medicover keeps on perfecting the service levels and cares even more for the satisfaction of the clients.
Medicover implemented an extensive quality management system, and formulated the Quality Policy. It is based on effective service delivery, professional care and focus on our customers.
- Medicover aims to ensure the highest quality of the healthcare services – seven days a week, and 24 hours a day – both in routine treatments and in emergencies.
- We provide our patients will all-inclusive and coordinated healthcare service – we have signed contracts with reputable hospitals and other specialist healthcare centres.
- Medicover employs medical staff characterised by high professional skills. Simultaneously, we are working on the development of professional skills of our healthcare personnel – we provide them with a wide range of training programmes.
- We keep in touch with our patients constantly – we are monitoring their satisfaction levels. We do understand that it is only by meeting our clients’ expectations we can keep our healthcare service at a high level.
- We are focussed on ensuring comfortable conditions for all patients who come to our centres, and we make sure the service is friendly and helpful at all times. Our staff will always support our patients, and provide them with comprehensive information about their condition and suggested treatment.
- We are of the opinion that prevention programmes are key to lowering the risk of serious diseases. As a result, we run regular diagnostic tests and do our best to promote pro-health attitudes in everyday life.
