How to make an appointment in the Medicover Centre quickly?
- Call the Customer Service Centre on: mobile 500 900 500, 411 95 96, 804 22 95 96 or +48 41 340 66 11 (when dialing from outside Poland). The consultant will propose a convenient date and place of the appointment with the doctor.
- Use Medicover OnLine. Do not forget to ask about the Medicover OnLine application when you come to the Medicover Centre on the first visit. At the reception you will receive your individual PIN number that will enable you to make appointments through the Internet.
Remember to take your photo identity card when you come to the Medicover Centre on the visit. You will be asked to show it at the reception desk.

How to obtain medical aid in case of emergency?
Call Medicover Hot Line on 1 96 77. The service is available 24/7. The Medicover Hot Line consultant will advise you what to do in the case of a sudden complaint and will inform you where the nearest pharmacy or emergency room is. If necessary, the consultant will call an ambulance or arrange the doctor’s visit in the place where you were taken ill.
