Monitoring the terms of validity of medical certificates
Once a month, a report is drawn up with a list of employees whose medical certificates allowing them to perform work at a specific workstation will shortly expire. This report is sent to the employer.
The list includes employees who have at least once undergone Occupational Medicine examinations at Medicover and hold an active Medicover card.
The employees listed in the report should be referred for periodic examinations.
Report on the status of Occupational Medicine examinations
Every six months we draw up an “Employees with valid certificates following an Occupational Medicine examination” report. This report encompasses employees who:
- have undergone Occupational Medicine examinations at Medicover and have an active Medicover subscription
- have undergone Occupational Medicine examinations at Medicover but are not covered by a Medicover subscription (an invoice will be issued for examinations of such persons in accordance with the Medicover price list).
