As we progress through the nine months of expecting a baby, our body mass considerably increases, we change the way we move and our entire body adapts to the needs of the baby.
Extreme hormonal changes and considerable load of the muscles and skeleton during pregnancy, labour, caring for and nursing the baby may result in post-labour pain of the back, shoulders, haemorrhoids as well as urinary incontinence.
During our classes, the mothers will learn what can be done already in the first hours after labour to prevent the unpleasant ailments and how to care for the child both during the postpartum period and afterwards.
The classes are intended for all interested mother up to 6 weeks after labour.
