The Medicover Hospital has an advanced diagnostic centre with a 128-row CT scanner, the first such machine in Poland, and an 18-channel MRI scanner, which creates new possibilities within the scope of magnetic resonance imaging. The Hospital also possesses X-ray and mammography rooms as well as modern angiography and ultrasound equipment with the most modern Doppler apparatus.
The Medicover Hospital provides hospital services within the scope of gynecology, pathology of pregnancy, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatrics, internal medicine, angiology, cardiology, invasive cardiology, surgery, orthopedy, urology, laryngology, plastic and maxillofacial surgery as well as intensive care. The area of the Medicover Hospital totals 16 000 square meters. There are 7 departments in the Medicover Hospital: The Department of Women’s Health, Department of Obstetrics, Department of Children’s Health, Department of Cardiology, Department of Internal Medicine, Department of Surgery and Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care. Ultimately, there will be 270 beds in the hospital. There are also 3 specialist centers in the Hospital: A Diagnostic Center, a Consulting Center and a Rehabilitation Center.
