Each room is air-conditioned. Please remember to close the windows before turning on the air-conditioning.
Cleanliness and hygiene
High standards of cleanliness and hygiene are of crucial significance to us. During patient’s stay in the hospital, rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.
If you have any cleanliness-related comments and reservations, please share them with the hospital care coordinator.

In the Medicover Hospital, patients have access to fast wireless Internet.

Smoking is not allowed in the Medicover Hospital.

The Medicover Hospital attaches a lot of significance to the safety of patients and the staff.

Parking
In the Medicover Hospital, there is three-storied parking with 118 parking spaces for patients and their visitors.
Non-medical services
Both in the lobby and on the first floor, outpatients and their guests can benefit from a number of services and facilities that will make time more pleasant. Tastefully arranged and delicately lit waiting rooms invite patients to sit in comfortable armchairs or on soft sofas and listen to relaxing music. While waiting, patients can go to the restaurant, use wireless Internet, look through the papers, watch TV or pop into the shop.
Restaurant
The restaurant is located in the hospital Main Lobby and is open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
The patients of the Medicover Hospital can order off the menu prepared in accordance with the doctor’s instructions.
The restaurant also accepts orders placed by patients and their visitors to be delivered to patient rooms.
Shop
The shop offers books, newspapers, magazines, sweets, toys as well as cosmetics, clothing, maternity products and souvenirs.
The store is open daily from Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Pharmacy
The pharmacy offers pharmaceuticals and clinical products including over-the-counter medications, cosmetics recommended by doctors and home medical equipment such as manometers, digital thermometers or electronic toothbrushes.
Children’s corner
For our youngest patients we have prepared a children’s corner with toys and educational games. It is located in the Main Lobby, right next to the restaurant. This enables adults to watch the children playing and at the same time to relax and have a peaceful conversation.
Additional services available upon patient’s request
A lot of patients wish to look and feel good also during their hospital stay. Therefore, we have prepared a special offer of beauty, relaxing and spa treatment provided in the Medicover Hospital upon patient’s request. The services are provided in patient rooms after placing the order by the patient with the hospital care coordinator.
