Loic Fretard – Hospital Director
Loic Fretard is an economist and graduated from the University of Rennes. He also completed postgraduate studies in management of private healthcare facilities at the University of Montpellier. He managed well-known private hospitals in France where he was in charge of, among others, finances and quality of services. Recently he managed a modern multi-profile hospital in Vietnam. At present, he works as a Director of the Medicover Hospital. He coordinates the activities of the Hospital and maintains the highest level of service quality.

Marcie Kielar, MD, PhD, Associate Professor,
Director of the Department of Surgery
Maciej Kielar graduated from the University of Strasbourg with a degree in laparoscopic surgery. He has conducted many projects on reconstructive angiogenesis and improvement in vascular surgery.
Kielar is one of the founders of the Society for Vascular Surgery and a long-standing member of the Polish Phlebological Society and International Union of Phlebology. He is an author and co-author of over 100 academic publications on surgery. Since 1990, he has been an academic teacher at the Medical University of Warsaw, where in 2006 he also became a member of the Faculty Council.

Prof. Krzysztof Tomasz Niemiec MD, PhD
Director of the Departments of Maternity and Women’s Health
Prof. Niemiec took up the post of Director in charge of two departments in the Medicover Hospital, namely the Departments of Maternity and Women’s Health. He is an outstanding authority in the area of obstetrics and gynecology and holds the position of Vice-President of the Polish Gynecological Society. He has worked at the Institute of Mother and Child, where in 2002 he became a member of the Research Board and also took the post of Chief of the Reproductive Health Center. He cooperates with the Office of the United Nations Development Program and the World Health Organization within the scope of reproductive health. Prof. Niemiec is an author of numerous academic publications, textbooks for doctors and monographs concerning, among others, the infection in the area of obstetrics and gynecology.

Mieczysław Kopacz, MD, PhD
Chief of the Department of Internal Medicine and Cardiology
Mieczysław Kopacz is a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw, a specialist in internal medicine and cardiology. He held the post of Chief of Cardiology Ward and Intensive Care in Allenort Cardiology Center in Warsaw. Previously he had worked in the Department of Heart Failure in the National Institute of Cardiology in Anin and in the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases in Postgraduate Medical Center in Warsaw. He is a member of the Polish Cardiac Society, accredited to the UK General Medical Council as a specialist in cardiology and internal medicine. Author and co-author of numerous academic publications. In the Medicover Hospital, he took up the post of Chief of the Department of Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

Dorota Wojciechowska-Kumelowska, MD, PhD
Chief of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care
She is an anesthesiologist with long-standing experience gained in the country and abroad. She completed medical studies and obtained the degree of specialization in anesthesiology and intensive care at the Poznań University of Medical Sciences. She also defended her PhD thesis there, which was based on the experimental work performed at the Institute of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care and concerned changes in the mechanics of breathing in the case of endotoxemia. Her medical passion is the treatment of chronic pain.

Dariusz Malczyk – Customer Service Manager
Dariusz Malczyk graduated in economics at the Warsaw School of Economics and business law at the Lazarski School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in economics at the Lodz Academy of International Studies. He gained professional experience in the area of sales and customer service during over 10 years of work in the leading private medical companies. In the Medicover Hospital he is in charge of customer service. He also supervises a team of receptionists and hospital care coordinators.
