Childbirth packages

You face the most important moment of your life. It is crucial to make it a memorable event.
If you decide to give birth to your child in our Hospital, you can be assured we will do whatever it takes to make it a safe and comfortable experience.
The Medicover hospital offers to all future mums 3 childbirth packages to choose from. They vary in content and price. However, they all provide for free admittance to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for you and your child if circumstances so require.

Our offer 


 

“Childbirth with a Midwife” package

Throughout your spontaneous labour you will be assisted by a midwife of your choice. You will get to know each other during your appointments at the Unit or the consultations held in your last month of pregnancy. Such arrangements most closely resemble childbirth at home and at the same time guarantee full medical safety. Your stay at the hospital is planned for 2 days, during which time the midwife will take good care of you and your newborn baby. The child is supervised by a neonatologist, vaccination is given and a hearing screening test is performed. If necessary, the package provides for hospitalization of the child or the mother at the Intensive Care Unit for 2 days.
The package price is 6 000 PLN.


 

“Childbirth with a Doctor” package

Throughout your labour you will be assisted by a gynaecologist -obstetrician, a midwife and an anaesthetist and if a C-section is necessary additional medical personnel.
Under the package, you are provided with individual consultations with a neonatologist and anaesthetist prior to childbirth, school for parents classes and an ambulance ready to transport you or your child safely to our hospital if your health is at risk. Your stay at the hospital is planned for 2 or 3 days depending on the delivery method.
The package price is 8 390 PLN.
  

“VIP Childbirth” package

 It is the most comprehensive option. Throughout your labour you will be assisted by a midwife and a doctor of your choice. You and your newborn baby can stay at the Hospital for up to 5 days and you will have an apartment at your disposal. The package is also inclusive of a lactation advice at home and a follow-up visit to a gynaecologist  6 weeks after birth.
The package price is 16 000 PLN.
