THE CEO AND OTHER SENIOR EXECUTIVES
The CEO’s responsibilities are regulated at various levels. By legislation the CEO’s responsibilities are mainly regulated in the Swedish Companies Act. According to the Swedish Companies Act, the CEO shall attend to the day-to-day management according to the guidelines and instructions set out by the Board of Directors. In addition, the CEO shall take all measures necessary in order to maintain the Company’s accounting according to applicable laws
In addition to the CEO the executive management comprise six members: the CFO, COO Diagnostic Services, COO Healthcare Services, the CIO, the CMO and the General Legal Counsel. The executive management convene eight to nine times per year for monitoring of financial results and financial position, updating of strategies and business plans as well as for employee and organisational matters.
